Kouroriez leads the insurance sector in the Americas and is broadly experienced across all segments of the insurance industry, from life, P&C, and health insurance, to reinsurance, brokers and outsourcing services.  He also has broad functional experience in finance, risk, product and distribution. Kouroriez has worked closely with companies across the digital world to enhance their global talent strategy and expertise in e-commerce, digital marketing, big data and analytics to foster growth and innovation.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kouroriez worked for another executive search firm in its global financial services and insurance recruiting practice, following a 20-year career with General Electric.  He held an extensive range of functional leadership roles at GE Insurance and GE's Corporate Audit Staff following his graduation from the GE Financial Management Program in the U.K.  Kouroriez brings valuable functional experience in finance, risk, product and business development, M&A and sourcing. Kouroriez has lived in Asia, Europe and North America and is fluent in three languages.
