Heidrick & Struggles Names Michael Cullen to Regional Managing Partner Within the Global Technology & Services Practice

CHICAGO, Jan. 29, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the premier provider of Executive Search and Leadership Consulting services worldwide, today announced that Michael Cullen has been named Regional Managing Partner, Americas within the Global Technology & Services Practice, effective immediately.
Previously, Cullen held a wide variety of leadership roles within the practice, having led both the Strategic Partner Program and the Hardware & Systems and Semiconductor sectors. He joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2008.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Cullen was the Head of the Office of Executive Talent at EMC Corporation, the world leader in products, services and solutions for information management and storage. Earlier in his career, he spent 10 years in various capacities in the Executive Search industry and successfully launched and ran a well-known franchise in New York City.
Boston based, Cullen is active in both public and private education. He currently serves on the foundation board for The State University of New York's Empire College and the Board of Visitors for Northeastern University's D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
