CHICAGO, Jan. 24, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a premier provider of executive search, leadership assessment and development, organization and team effectiveness, and culture shaping services globally, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018, on Monday, February 25, 2019.

A news release will be issued after the Nasdaq Market closing on February 25, followed by a conference call at 5:00 pm ET; 4:00 pm CT.  The call will last approximately one hour and will include remarks by the company's senior management and a question and answer session.  The conference call and accompanying slides will be publicly available via live webcast from the investor relations section of the Heidrick & Struggles website at www.heidrick.com.  The webcast will be available for replay at the same address approximately two hours following its conclusion.

Additionally, in a change from prior years, but consistent with the first three quarters of 2018, the declaration of any dividend will be made in conjunction with the quarterly release on February 25, 2019.
