Neil Suchman joined Heidrick & Struggles' Mexico City office as a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. Neil brings extensive experience in executive-level talent management and leadership assessment, and will lead assessment initiatives that span across client needs. Previously, he was Executive Director of Talent Management for the Americas at MSCI Inc. and served for more than 18 years at Development Dimensions International, including 12 years as their Managing Director in Brazil.
