Senn Delaney Chief Executive Officer Jim Hart and Helena Foulkes, CVS Caremark Executive Vice President, Chief Health Care Strategy and Marketing Officer, are presenters at the Conference Board's 2011 Customer Loyalty Conference Oct. 18-19 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. The focus of this year's event is aligning marketing strategy and customer experience to drive significant growth.

Hart will describe the principles needed to create and sustain a customer-centric culture and engage people at all levels of the organization in bringing the culture to life.
