Senn Delaney Chief Executive Officer Jim Hart and Helena Foulkes, CVS Caremark Executive Vice President, Chief Health Care Strategy and Marketing Officer, are presenters at the Conference Board's 2011 Customer Loyalty Conference Oct. 18-19 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York. The focus of this year's event is aligning marketing strategy and customer experience to drive significant growth.

Hart and Foulkes will address why the great customer-centric companies of our time actually focus first on something other than the customer … the culture in their presentation, Building a Culture that Connects with Customers. Foulkes will share her unique perspective on the customer-centric culture that has given CVS Caremark a strong competitive advantage. Hart will describe the principles needed to create and sustain a customer-centric culture and engage people at all levels of the organization in bringing the culture to life.
