In his search and leadership advisory capacity, Will is a member of both the global CEO & Board of Directors and Private Equity practices. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Will was co-head of European Private Equity and a consultant within an international executive search boutique. Previously, he worked at a prestigious UK-based executive search firm as an associate, before joining a global executive search firm in London as senior associate in their consumer, retail and entertainment practice.
