SEOUL, May 14, 2013 -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the premier professional services firm focused on serving the leadership needs of top organizations globally, today announced that Mi-Jin Cho has joined the firm as Partner within the Leadership Consulting Practice. She is based in the firm's Seoul, Korea office.
Mi-Jin will be a key member of the Leadership Consulting Asia Pacific practice, working closely with practice leaders in the U.S. and Europe to service our global clients, as well as focusing on a growing client base in the region.

Most recently, Mi-Jin was with Monitor, where she was the Associate Partner responsible for establishing the Leadership and Organization consulting practice in Korea. She previously spent a total of 15 years in LG and Motorola within the in-house human resources function, in both Korea and China.
Mi-Jin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Yonsei University, Seoul and also graduated from Indiana University with a master’s degree in Systems Technology and Human Performance Technology.
