Heidrick & Struggles Partners Named to Prestigious 2011 NACD Directorship 100
Bonnie Gwin and Ted Dysart Honored Among the Year's Most Influential Boardroom Leaders

(Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, is pleased to announce that two of our distinguished leaders, Bonnie Gwin, vice chairman and managing partner, North America Board of Directors Practice and Ted Dysart, vice chairman and leader within the global CEO & Board Practice were recently named to The Directorship 100. The annual list compiled by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is based on a survey of 15,000 public company directors and officers. Both Gwin and Dysart have been honorees in previous years.

Gwin and Dysart will both be recognized at a Gala dinner held at the Waldorf Astoria in New York on November 8.
