He will be part of the Life Sciences Practice, specializing in Health Services and based out of Chicago.

Lucas comes to Heidrick & Struggles from Korn/Ferry International where he served as Managing Director and Senior Client Partner. He has over 25 years of executive search experience and has conducted over 400 senior-level assignments in healthcare. Lucas was also a founding member of the firm's Mentor Program for Client Partners and an active member of the Global Promotions Committee within Korn/Ferry.
