Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, today announced that Anne Lim O'Brien has rejoined the firm as a Partner in the Consumer Markets and the CEO & Board practices and will be based out of New York.
O'Brien joins the firm from Russell Reynolds where she served as Partner and Co-Leader of their Consumer Products and Services Practice for North America. Having almost twenty years with Heidrick & Struggles, O'Brien previously served as head of the Consumer Markets Practice within the Americas.
Throughout her career, she has kept a special interest in CEO succession and next generation leaders -- especially in diversity talent, women as well as internationally experienced executives, based both in developed and developing countries.

O'Brien has conducted executive search assignments for an extensive range of global Fortune 500 corporations, particularly at the CEO and board levels and those financially sponsored by leading private equity firms. O'Brien started her consulting career in Singapore as an Associate with Price Waterhouse focusing on Southeast Asia clients.

O'Brien has served as a member of the Women's Leadership Board at the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government. She is fluent in three languages; English, Chinese, Malay.
