Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, announced today that Tracy Elving joined the firm as Partner. She will be part of the Industrial Practice and based out of Dallas, Texas.
Elving comes to Heidrick & Struggles from 3P Excellence LLC where she served as president & chief executive officer partnering with Fortune 500 senior leaders, addressing both the people aspect of change as well as the business challenge. She focused on sound client counsel leading to a path of sustainable success.

Prior to 3P, Elving worked with United Airlines as corporate officer & vice president of base maintenance. Earlier in her career, Elving spent time within General Electric as vice president of the Lockheed Martin Aviation Account and Hamilton Sundstrand as head of their Military Engine Programs at United Technologies.
Elving holds an undergraduate degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Boston University.
