Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), the leadership advisory firm providing executive search and leadership consulting services worldwide, announced today that Jeannie Finkel has joined as Partner. She will be part of the Financial Services and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) practices and will be based out of Los Angeles.
Finkel comes to Heidrick & Struggles from Trust Company of the West, a leading asset management firm based in Los Angeles, where she served as managing director of HR. During her time she was tasked to develop and direct all aspects of the HR function.
Prior to Trust Company of the West, Finkel worked for Countrywide Financial Corporation (a Fortune 100 organization now owned by Bank of America) leading a variety of enterprise-level talent management functions including: performance management, staffing, diversity and workforce planning. Previously, she spent over eleven years at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a leading diversified financial services company, in a number of senior HR roles.
