Advent Software President and CEO Pete Hess links Senn Delaney's culture work with his investment management firm on creating a purpose and integrating cultures to a successful business model restructuring following the acquisition of cloud software company Black Diamond in this interview with Investor's Business Daily.

Hess understood that integrating the two companies would work most successfully by bringing the two cultures together in one identity. "We started with the why...the meaningful purpose of our being. Why are we here? Why do we exist?" The culture shaping process helped create that purpose and engage the entire workforce around it and a core set of values.
