Senn Delaney Partner, Executive Vice President and Energy Practice Leader Nick Neuhausel will be a guest speaker at the EEI Strategic Issues Roundtable. Neuhausel's presentation April 5, 2013 will focus on Why Culture Matters: The Critical Impact of Culture on Organizational Readiness and Talent Management.
Neuhausel will provide an overview on why culture matters to energy companies, based on Senn Delaney's decades of culture-shaping work with energy companies globally. He will share the business case for culture as a driver, the importance of aligning strategy, structure and culture, and how to overcome the “jaws of culture” that can chew up strategies and initiatives. Neuhausel will also share data on why organizational health creates the ultimate competitive advantage, and how culture can help companies become an employer of choice to hire and retain the best talent.
