“Everyone can learn about being better leaders and team members from the CEOs being interviewed by host Robert Reiss," said Senn Delaney Chairman Larry Senn. "Each leader faces unique challenges but one they all have in common is culture. Organizational culture is one of the biggest factors driving or hindering performance in businesses all over the world.”

Each month will feature a series of four weekly episodes with a prominent CEO about a different aspect of his/her role as a leader around the following subjects:

    vision, leadership and the future
    customer experience and culture
    brand, marketing and growth
    innovation and technology

Other CEOs who will appear on The CEO TV Show in coming months include: Kaiser Permanente Chairman and CEO George Halvorson, Marvel ex-Chairman and CEO Peter Cuneo, Zappos.com CEO Tony Hsieh and John Paul DeJoria, co-founder and CEO of Paul Mitchell Systems and Padron Spirits.

The CEO TV Show was created by Robert Reiss. He has interviewed in-depth more than 200 top CEOs on his nationally syndicated radio show, The CEO Show, and now brings it to video across the Web. Reiss commented on Senn Delaney's sponsorship: “We're very proud to be associated with Senn Delaney, world-class experts on corporate culture. Our hope is to present leading CEOs discussing the importance of corporate culture to achieving outstanding results.”
