Heather Schultz joins Senn Delaney as vice president and senior consultant

Former Save the Children senior leader Heather Schultz has joined Senn Delaney as vice president and senior consultant. She brings extensive experience in organizational design, development and effectiveness, executive leadership coaching, change management, marketing, sales and extraordinary customer service to her role partnering with clients to transform their organizational cultures  to improve performance and results.

Heather has a strong history of success in working with leaders in a wide range of organizations, including financial services, telecommunications, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, health care, consumer products and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Heather served as chief knowledge management and learning officer at Save the Children an international organization creating lasting, positive change for children in need around the world. She oversaw global organizational design and effectiveness, talent assessment and leadership development. Heather was previously president and chief operating officer of the Tom Peters Company, where she guided leaders to transform their companies' culture and operational effectiveness. She began her business career at the Latin America headquarters of the First National Bank of Chicago in Panama.

Heather has served as a board member for a number of arts institutions and is executive director of a not-for-profit organization focused on African development through the delivery and installation of computers in schools in rural Africa. Known for her humor and ability to engage audiences, Heather has been a keynote speaker at a number of conferences and executive leadership events. Leading Authorities Speakers Bureau acknowledged her as one of “The World's Top 50 Speakers.”

She is co-author of Online Learning Today: Strategies That Work, with John Fogarty, and Dance Lessons: Six Steps to Great Partnerships in Business and Life, with Dr. Chip Bell.

Heather was educated at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University) and University of South Florida. She also studied under the legendary Lee Strasberg at Actors Studio in New York. Heather and her husband, Tom, have four daughters and a son, and live in New Canaan, Connecticut.
