Senn Delaney welcomes four new vice presidents as part of our growth and expansion

Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, continues to grow and expand its services to help clients globally to create thriving organizational cultures. We welcome four new vice presidents.

 

Tania Hotmer

 

Tania Hotmer joined Senn Delaney after a 10-year career at American Electric Power, one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. Most recently, she was organizational performance and culture transformation leader at AEP. She managed a variety of internally focused communication and change activities to raise the profile and awareness of AEP’s performance improvement and cultural initiatives.

 

Her other roles at AEP included external affairs manager, where she served as the corporate representative of AEP / Appalachian Power in all community and legislative affairs, working with manufacturer’s associations, the state chamber, the governor’s office, and all county commissions.

 

Tania brings a wealth of project management expertise; she is a Certified Administrator of Project Management and Women and Minorities National Scholarship Winner with the Project Management Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management, with a minor in Process and Project Analysis, both from Franklin University.

 

Tania has served on several boards, including Charleston Area Alliance, West Virginia Chamber Environmental Board, American Red Cross West Virginia, and Habitat for Humanity West Virginia.

Lynn B. Ogden

 

Lynn B. Ogden brings more than 25 years of leadership and executive search experience to her work with clients. A trusted advisor, she has a passion for aligning talent strategy with business performance and helping to develop authentic leaders.

 

Lynn has worked in talent solutions and strategic human resources in Asia and the U.S. Most recently, she was managing director of Essential Mastery LLC, a value-based talent solutions consulting firm providing “Solutions for Sustainable Leadership” in executive recruitment, coaching, leadership assessment and development in the U.S. and Hong Kong.

 

She also served as senior client partner with a leading executive search firm where she consulted senior executives and corporations on HR strategy, talent assessment and recruitment. She spent nearly two decades in the firm’s Hong Kong office as a senior client partner and regional practice leader for the global consumer, retail and entertainment practice and led a 30-person team across Asia Pacific.

Scott Tempel

Scott Tempel has served in senior leadership roles in organizational/human resources consulting, strategic planning and talent management for more than 30 years. He rejoined Senn Delaney having previously served as a vice president more than two decades ago. PacifiCare Health Systems (now UnitedHealthcare), Irvine Company and Corinthian Colleges, Inc.

 

He has led several culture-shaping initiatives in healthcare and education, as well as re-engineering and implementing a new sales process in a senior health plan company. He also designed and implemented performance management and succession planning systems at two major organizations and designed and coordinated the annual strategic planning process for a healthcare organization.

 

Most recently, Scott served as Vice President of Organizational Development and Training at Corinthian Colleges, Inc., in Santa Ana, California, where he led all training and organizational development activities for over 13,000 employees.

Scott received his Masters degree in organization counseling from University of Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Kalamazoo College.

Teresa Garza

 

Teresa Garza brings decades of experience in building, leading and managing teams with complex culture-shaping dynamics, ranging from reorganization to acquisition to turnarounds.

 

Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Teresa was a culture change agent at Hertz Corporation. A trained facilitator and master coach of the Senn Delaney culture-shaping process, Teresa provided leadership to the rollout of change management procedures to guide the culture-shaping process. She led cultural integration efforts following Hertz’s acquisition of Dollar/Thrifty brands in 2013 and guided executive leaders of the Donlen Group in the assimilation into the Hertz organization.

 

From 1984 to 2009, Teresa served in several leadership roles at Burger King Corporation. As director of the ‘BK Our Way’ global culture transformation, Teresa developed the strategy and implementation plan for the BK Our Way values and culture to more than 12,000 restaurants globally in 83 countries. She led the culture transformation initiative for the Burger King turnaround and initial IPO in 2006, which included redesign of vision, mission, values, organization restructure, training and brand image launch.
