Dietlin has extensive life sciences and professional services experience and has worked globally and across R&D, Medical and Commercial functions to increase productivity, drive transformational change, and build leadership teams for life sciences organizations.

Prior to IBM, Dietlin was the SVP of Global Consulting and Strategic Alliances with INC Research--a global CRO--and a VP at Campbell Alliance, a life sciences management consulting firm, where he led the R&D and Medical Affairs consulting practices.

Dietlin is often a distinguished guest speaker within the pharmaceutical industry and is frequently quoted in leading industry publications such as: Pharmaceutical Executive, PharmaVoice and Applied Clinical Trials.

Dietlin graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and earned an MBA from DePaul University (the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business).
