LeSueur has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience. Throughout his career, he has focused on defining, building and delivering high-impact services to the C-suite. LeSueur joins Heidrick & Struggles from McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner in the Operations practice.

At McKinsey, LeSueur advised senior leaders on operations strategy, primarily in the transportation and logistics, financial services and industrial sectors. Prior to joining McKinsey, LeSueur was the CEO of two privately held technology and services companies serving shipping and chemical clients. Previously, at A.T. Kearney he worked with senior leaders of large consumer and pharmaceutical companies on operations and cost management. He began his career in sales and marketing with a regional focus on Latin America for the MeadWestvaco Corporation.

LeSueur received his bachelor of arts in International Relations from Brown University and his master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School. He also serves on the board of DOMUS, a non-profit focused on underprivileged families in Connecticut.
