Heidrick & Struggles Names New Leaders within Financial Services Practice

- Dominique Hansen joins firm in Toronto; will lead Investment Management in Americas

TORONTO and NEW YORK, Nov. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), a premier provider of executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping worldwide, today announced new leadership in the Americas within its market-leading Financial Services Practice.

Based in the Toronto office, Hansen will also serve as head of the firm's CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Canada.

She will bring deep experience and perspective to her new role leading our Investment Management segment for the Americas, working closely with our exceptional team across sectors and regions," said David Boehmer, Global Managing Partner for the firm's Financial Services Practice.

Hansen joins Heidrick & Struggles with more than two decades of experience within asset management, private equity, infrastructure and account leadership in wholesale banking, consumer banking and insurance—including nearly a decade of executive search experience. Most recently, she served at another global executive search firm as the head of financial services in Canada and head of infrastructure in North America.

Prior to her work in executive search, Hansen served as a director with global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., focused on limited partner relations and fundraising. She also served as vice president at OMERS Capital Partners, where she primarily worked on investing in funds and co-investments, and vice president at Yorkton Securities Inc. as an investment banker focused on mergers and acquisitions.

Based in the firm's New York City office, Neri has served as a partner at Heidrick & Struggles for 13 years, and brings more than 18 years of experience in senior executive search with a focus on financial services leadership challenges. As head of the Asset Management sector within the Investment Management segment, she will work closely with Hansen to enhance Heidrick's expertise and offerings across the segment globally.
